A surprisingly hopeful, optimistic film about queer love in Kenya, where homosexuality is outlawed and harshly punished. Filmed over five years, the documentary follows Samuel, who moves from his small rural village to Nairobi, where he finds romance, acceptance, and support in the gay community. His deeply religious parents still expect him to get married soon.

In English and Swahili with English subtitles.
