Save the dates! Our 30th Festival kicks off on January 31 2020!
Directed by Berni Goldblat
Ady, a 13-year-old boy, no longer listens to his father, who is raising him on his own in France. There, his uncle confiscates Ady’s passport and forces him to live the hard-knock life that everyone in his Burkinabe family is already used to. With help from his cousin Jean and grandmother Mame, Ady gradually opens up to a new world and a new way of being.
In French and Dioula with English subtitles.
