Portland Community College provides reasonable accommodation upon request and provides accessibility features when possible.

• All films will feature subtitles and some will also feature closed captions when available.
• Special events and director Q&As will have closed captioning when possible, and all speakers will be encouraged to give visual descriptions when possible.

Virtual Screenings

We understand that by having hybrid-style events, the festival may be inaccessible for those without access to electronic devices or WiFi. The Multnomah County Library has both WiFi hot spots and laptops available to borrow. You can fill out an application online or call them at 503-988-5123.
